Release Point Education brought Fanshawe College, Georgian College, Humber College, Lambton College, and Loyalist College together to support military-connected learners. A first in Ontario and will fundamentally shape the provincial postsecondary landscape. The MoU will:
· transfer up to 100 percent of course credits while recognizing distinct college requirements;
· streamline the enrolment process between institutions; and
· share military-affiliated prior learning and assessment recognition practices to support institutional consistency.

Release Point Education recently brought Portage College, Nova Scotia Community College, and Loyalist College together to support military-connected learners. This is a first of its kind in Canada and will:
I served in the Canadian Army for nearly 26 years with The Royal Canadian Regiment and the Canadian Special Operations Regiment, beginning my career as a private soldier and retiring as a senior officer. My work took me across four continents in both operational and training roles, giving me a deep appreciation for the people, challenges, and opportunities within our military community.
Those experiences shaped my commitment to helping military‑connected learners thrive, whether they’re advancing their training, pursuing education, or building meaningful careers after service.
Darryl is a graduate of the Royal Military College of Canada, the United States Marine Corps Expeditionary Warfare School, the Canadian Forces College, Queen's University, and holds a Doctorate of Education in Educational Leadership from Western University.
